Runs incredibly small - could barely get it on!
This dress runs ridiculously small - I'm typically a size small or medium/4 or 6, so I ordered both the 4 and the 6 in this dress. I received the size 6 first and tried it on, and could barely get it on. The smocked bodice is OUTRAGEOUSLY tight - unless you have a small ribcage and small bust, I'd avoid this dress. The seersucker fabric is nice, but the bottom is quite voluminous with a full skirt and lining. If you're tall, thin, and have a small bust, this might work - but if you're curvy or wider on top or have a large bust, either size WAY up or don't bother.

super cute, but definitely runs small in bust
Overall, dress is adorable, but bust is super tight (I’m a small A cup and for reference) so definitely for people with narrow rib cages and/or small chests.
