This shirt is just not great quality. It's very thin and not tailored well. It honestly reminds me of clothes I would buy from wet seal when I was younger. It's cute, it's just not worth 50-80 bucks. The tie is just attached in the front, it's not a true neck tie. True to size.

found it itchy and the bow kind of sad
I mean it looks kind of sad in the product picture and I found it limp and sad IRL. The fabric was itchy, similar to another CeCe top I bought at the same time.
