Beautiful but sizing tricky

Beautiful blouse. The sizing did not work for me. The arms were too long in both the small and the medium. Tibi sizes are tricky.

Shoulders tent up

I've seen this top since last season so I finally ordered it in the teal. I ordered my usual size XS and the fit was fine--when I didn't move my arms. When I moved my arms, the pleats around both sides of my shoulders would fold up into a tent. When I put my arms down, I had to press the pleats back in place. Seems like a hassle to wear so returned. I'm giving 3 stars for the quality, design, and color, but it lacks wearability for my lifestyle.
