Well designed product
As with all Thule items, this too, is very thoroughly thought out and executed. Installed quickly. Took our 3 week and 19 month out for a 9 mile ride in our Cougar 2 and they were both seemingly very comfortable. Instructions weren’t the best, but still useful in ultimately getting it installed.

Poor design for Coaster XL
I received this for a baby give, along with a Coaster XL. We had a hard time fitting it, didn’t seem to work. The only reviews we saw online were for the Chariot. It doesn’t come with the foot at so we had to get one. We got it installed earlier after that. Terrible design for the Coaster XL. It’s not reclined enough so my baby ends up leaning forward. That’s a worry too because there is no chest strap. The top needs to be tighten more to create a better angle for my 5 month old - but you can’t. Seems to just cause more stress than anything.

Doesn’t Work With Sport
This doesn’t work with the Chariot Sport, and it’s very difficult to figure that out. You’ll need the Sling 2.0 which is extremely difficult to find. Thule should be more explicit about this on the product page for both the sling and the Chariot Sport

Comfy and easy to use once installed
Installation wasn’t terrible, but required some thought. Day to day use is amazing. Easy to get a sleeping infant out of it and easy to pop a wiggling kiddo into. Adjustments are as easy as a normal car seat

This is a fantastic product.
i used this every day running with my baby (and toddler beside him) in the double cougar. We used it right from 2 months up til now (9 months), and he will graduate soon to the big seat. He is comfortable, sleeps well, and can see well enough to be entertained when awake. We love this product!
