What it does: This longwear liner glides on smoothly without dragging or skipping. It blends effortlessly, then sets quickly for up to 24-hour wear. It's safe for sensitive eyes and the waterline. The pencil is made in part from repurposed coffee chaff, helping to reduce waste.
