This product is not a good quality lotion & does not promote sleep. IDK what the fragrance is supposed to be but it barely has a fragrance.

Cats loathe the smell of lavender. When I used it once they ran away. So... if you have cats in your life and you love cuddling with them when you sleep, I wouldn't advise this product.
