on the fence!
Love the bag EXCEPT the top flap (space between the handle attachments) distorts in a way that I absolutely HATE!!! It dips in a way that gives it a slouch - which I get some people may love. Just feel the pics are also deceiving as it makes it look like it’ll stay straight when holding top handle. Otherwise phenomenal quality and size!

Disappointed
I was really excited to but this purse.
Quit pattern and fabric are nice
When you grab the bag from the handle there is a big dent in the middle and it will start cracking the fabric or cause it to peel. Very disappointing.
