Someone must have bought this bag and took the strap it came with and sent the bag back with a random strap because the bag I ordered came with a plain black strap with no Marc Jacobs logo and silver hardware. It clearly was a return and someone stole the actual strap it came with. It’s disappointing that Nordstrom would think that’s acceptable to send to another customer. I ordered again and am hoping I get a new bag this time with the correct strap.
