Disappointed in Nordstrom
Searched far and wide for this beauty of a carry on, finally found it in stock on Nordstrom’s site and ordered it immediately. Incredibly disappointed in Nordstrom as it was shipped like someone threw it in a box and barely had the time to tape the shipping box itself. The dust bag was crumpled up inside the luggage, wheels looked dirty like it had previously been used and shipped with part of a sticker still on it with another unidentifiable sticky spot. I’ve been a Nordstrom cardholder since 2014 and have to say for $258, this item was treated as if it cost less than $5. Will be returning this asap and already ordered from Bloomingdale’s. Do better for your customers, Nordstrom.
