The Ultimate Wide-Leg Jeans in Airy Denim

I love these pants. Got size 28 (I’m 5’ 7” 140-145lbs). Had some room but the drawstring was perfect. They also relax as you wear them. Fabric is soft and doesn’t wrinkle. Unfortunately on my first wear I got a stain I had to get out. I used Gentle free & clear detergent and let it sit for an hour or so, and when I pulled them out of the wash it clearly affected the coloration of the fabric. Buying another pair one size smaller (bc that’s all that’s available) in hopes they will fit and will be super careful not to get anything on them.

Ordered this Madewell style in this green shade as well as the light blue denim it was offered in. The green pair is somehow much more comfortable and flattering than the blue - the blue was an immediate no for awkward fit, stiffness, and short length. However, I’m wondering if fit on this style is just overall inconsistent because some reviews are saying runs large and some say runs small. For me, they are running small. I am normally a 27 and will need a 28 in these (if they restock). The length was perfect for flats, I’m 5’7. The green pair is a keeper if I can find my correct size. Will be so cute for fall and love that they’re a lighter weight material. Stay away from the blue denim version of this style.

I returned the pair that I recently purchased because these went on sale, so I bought them again at the lower price. This is the secod item I have received in bad condition. They are missi g the drawstring. This is ridiculous.

These pants are slightly oversized. I’m 5’4” 136 lbs and size 27 fit perfectly. They are sooo soft, it’s ridiculously comfortable. The length hit the bottom perfectly without dragging. I can wear this to work or dress it up with kitten heels. I am so glad I got this during the anniversary sale at such a steal of a price. Highly recommend if you can get your hands on them.

Ran small In hips and butt.

As stated previously, the reviews are extremely mixed. A pair came back in stock in my size 27, so I took a chance. I’d say they do run true to size, however, I am more curvy so they did not leave much room in the crotch or thighs. This was not a deal breaker for me since they still looked amazing, but if you prefer more room, definitely order a size up as they are high-waisted and are adjustable with the tie-waist. Overall, I love the color and already have plenty of tops I can’t wait to pair them with!
