Wanted to love
After having my eyes on this bag for months i decided to order as bday gift to myself. Unfortunately, to my disappointment when my dream makeup bag arrived it appeared cheaply made. Unfortunately, the zipper broke within the first couple days. I never even got to use it, I tried to return but the employee didn't believe me. I even attempted to reach out to the company k in hopes of replacement. Nothing was resolved.
Extremely disappointing given the price tag for this item.. I can't be the only one this has happened to.

Not a good bag
The zipper isn’t high quality and it separates and then gets off track and is hard to get back together. If it’s meant to hold makeup which is probably not going to be lightweight all the time, why equip it with a zipper that isn’t appropriate and of such low quality given the cost of this bag?
