great quality, perfect size
This bag is the perfect size for both everyday and crossbody traveling. I use a leather conditioner to protect the leather which reduces the appearance of scratches but it is leather so that can happen.
I do wish there were more canvas strap options as I worry the light colored one could get dirty eventually and most of the alternative straps available are made with shiny gold hardware and this has a more bronze tone which looks much more high quality.

Poor Zipper Design
This is a lovely saddle bag that is nicely sized for everyday use. However, after using it for several months now, I noted that it became challenging to zip it closed if you happen to open it all the way to its end. This end of the zipper is not secured to the bag and folds into the bag. It would then require two hands to zip it closed, one to hold the loose end and the other to pull the zipper. It is cumbersome and I find myself not using this bag as much as I envisioned.

pretty bag
I love this bad and the idea that you can change out straps is so fun, however, this bag shows marks and scratches very easily, therefore I returned it.

Interesting shape can hold a lot!
