The SnüzPod5 Bedside Bassinet

I’m absolutely in love with this bassinet. We originally bought a different brand and I wasn’t happy with it so we got this about a week before little man arrived. It’s been hands down the best product we’ve purchased so far! It makes everything so convenient and comfortable for me and baby. We’ve been using it for about a month and I don’t know where we’d be if we stuck with the other brand. We use just the top portion to take him outside about twice a day and the full thing is great to have bedside plus easy to slide from one side of the bed to the other if need be. I keep the zip down side down for sleeping so baby is bed level with us and I can easily put my hand on him to soothe him or just look over at him to make sure he’s okay without having to get up at all. I love love love this bassinet and have been telling everyone I know who is expecting that they should get one! It’s truly worth its weight in gold for our little family.

I received this as a baby gift. So excited. Opened it up and missing on of the arms and no mattress. Had to lug this giant box back to Nordstrom. They couldn’t reorder the same color because apparently they don’t make it (however I see it as one of the colors above). Nordstrom reordered another color and I received a week later. We put it together and it’s missing screws and one of the holes was not drilled. We contacted Snuz who promised to send a screws out (we have to drill our own hole). Received the packages with the screws and it wasn’t the right screws or part. I’m now home with a brand new baby, no bassinet and very disappointed. Please think twice before ordering this product. Nordstrom, you may see a 6 day post partum mom at your store dragging in this bassinet. My baby is sleeping literally in a box.
