The Small Denim Tote

Purchased online and received this purse in a sealed plastic bag. As soon as I opened the bag, a heavy perfumed odor was emitted. The shoulder strap was not wrapped up and the sales tag was in the bag but no longer attached. Clearly a previously used item. Purse still wreaked of perfume the next day. Needless to say, I returned the item.

Purchased the Marc Jacob tote for my niece as a Christmas gift. Ordered it online. On the website it showed that tote was in stock and ready for pickup so I purchased it. I also purchased a different style tote as a gift for my sister which was not in stock. I was given an order confirmation that both items would be available for pickup the next day. I get an email the next day saying the tote that wasn’t in stock, that was shipped from another store was there and ready to pick up but, not the denim tote in the picture, that was supposed to be in stock and was confirmed I could pick it up next day. I got the run around with customer service who had me speak with a store representative. Her response to the issue was they couldn’t guarantee if an item that shows in stock, is no longer in stock. I said it’s fine, I still want the tote for my niece so I will wait until one comes in but don’t cancel the order. The next day I get another email that my order was canceled. I furiously call customer service again and had to reorder the tote with them which did not arrive until January 2nd, after Christmas. Very disappointed with my first purchase from Nordstrom.
