What it is: A lightweight tool designed especially for a woman's body to massage and sculpt targeted areas to promote blood flow.

What it does: Crafted of aluminum with a nonslip silicone grip, it can promote blood flow and boost circulation, reduce inflammation while boosting collagen production, soothe muscle tension and works to encourage lymphatic drainage to flush toxins from the body.

How to use: Prepare the area you’ll be massaging with your favorite oil or moisturizer to avoid friction. Press the lymph nodes on the back of the knees and under the armpits five times to optimize your body for detoxification. Using gentle pressure, glide the curved edge up the legs, down the torso, up the arms, and down the neck—this sequence will help toxins make their way to the lymph nodes for drainage. Repeat each stroke five times per body part. Use two-or three times per week. Mild bruising can occur as a result of blood flowing to the surface of the skin.
