The Shrunken Sweatshirt

I am 5'6, 130lbs, 34DD with a really short waist, and I wear a size small/4-6 depending. The material is typical terry cloth and feels pretty cheap. It's not soft and almost irritating at first, but after a few minutes I didn't notice it much anymore. I bought this in both a 1 and a 2 after reading reviews. Both fit and looked fine and I didn't find much difference between the two sizes. If anything, the 2 was just a little longer and maybe the slightest bit roomier in the chest, but not enough to really make a notable difference. I did find the seaming on the sides a little weird because if the sweater is pushed up a little at the waist, it forms almost points on the side, really hard to explain, but it doesn't lay nicely. I bought both the lighter and darker turquoise colors, and they are both unique and pretty enough shades that I will end up keeping them.

Vintage blue is a pretty blue, slight storm color. The length on the L is between 24-25 inches. On me, and i am 5'7, the sleeves go all the way to the wrist. I would not call them cropped; but, were you to be quite taller you might think them so. It is also 100% cotton and it is a lighterweight sweatshirt. And, as someone else mentioned, that annoying slit on the cuff on the College Sweatshirts for The Great, is NOT present. All these reasons are why i am keeping this cute item.

i kept looking at this on the rack. it looks vintage. it’s very soft. the price was kind of a lot …. but i couldn’t stop thinking about it. i bought it and ive worn it like everyday. so comfortable , light weight , looks vintage . i pair it with levi’s and gold chain necklaces and earrings and red lipstick. love it
