Ordered a 26 and they fit perfectly because of the stretch. I’m usually a 25 in Joe’s and Paige and I knew to size up for Mother. I’m 5’2 with almost 37” hips and the rise comes to just under my navel. The denim is soft and the color is not orange (which I was afraid of).
