How to use: Apply the shampoo to wet hair and massage in gently. Rinse and repeat as required. Apply The Conditioner to clean, damp hair after shampooing. Work through the length of your hair, starting from your scalp. Rinse thoroughly after 1–2 minutes for best results. Apply a few drops of The Scalp Treatment to a clean, damp scalp in sections from your hairline to the crown of your head, focusing on problem areas.

Hair care from AB - not so convinced.
I jumped on the craze, but this is leaving me a bit unimpressed. The shampoo is nice, but feels like it strips my hair. The conditioner needs a lot more than a small amount, I’ve found a US quarter size is better. The scalp treatment is nice, use is confusing but I’ve found if I use it on trouble spots (and a scar) it works really well. My take - the shampoo and conditioner don’t really add value, but the scalp treatment may be worth buying..

Do Not Waste Your Time
If there was a zero rating I would give it to this. Either this product was degraded in some way or it is just terrible, I would not waste my time or money on it. I read a review online that said it was so good. It was NOT!
