was sent used and damage
Honestly, it’s disgraceful that I received a purse covered in scuffs. It very clearly looks like someone used it for quite some time and returned it, and Nordstrom still thought it was acceptable to send to a customer.
Unfortunately, the camera is not picking up all of the scratches, but you can clearly see the dent and signs of wear in person.
