Petites we finally have a barrel Jean
Finally!!! I’m 5’1 size 8/29. The 29 fit great. I carry most of my weight in my mommy tummy…. These are comfy! Fit great around the hips, length good. My only small complaint is they kind of ride up between the thighs when walking do to the cut, but not a deal breaker. I have tried jeans from AE Pistola, many others from Nordstrom they are either too high rise or too baggy around the bum and thighs. This material is thick but not too heavy. They broke in just fine even wore bloated lol Hope that helps. Love them glad to finally found the perfect rise and length.

Unwearable
I bought these jeans after following the instructions for measuring and following the size chart guidelines. According to the chart size 32P coincides with a 34.5in waist. After trying them on, they are HUGE. Measuring the waist, a 32 = 40in waist a full 6 inches larger than the size chart suggests. Madewell stop being lazy and provide accurate measurements for your products. I should have trusted my gut to know to never buy panta online.

Like sweatpants!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these on super sale and I’m glad I did bc they run large!! I wish I listened to reviews bc the waist is imo 2 sizes too big. I do like to size up so I got my normal size, but wish I sized down one. I will try to shrink but otherwise soo comfy and cool. Barrel is perfect, but petite is a bit short. I reordered in the darker wash, regular length and a size down so hopefully it will be the perfect fit!
