The Outsider Flood Raw Hem Ankle Bootcut Jeans

I was really looking forward to receiving these, but I am disappointed. The color is darker than pictured and the denim is on the thin side. At 5'4 they are not an ankle length on me at all, which I expected. The main problem is the sizing. I typically wear a 28/29 in MOTHER. I ordered the 29 and could not close them. The 30 may even be tight. The legs were skin tight from the thigh to below the knee and fit like those bootcut jeans from the past. Oh well.

I usually wear a 28, but bought these in a 29 because the 28 felt too tight when I tried them on. They have stretched out so much after wearing them once that I wish I had kept my normal size. They’re very cute before they get stretched out. Sizing is all over the place with this brand.

I should’ve checked the fabric tag before purchasing. they felt like 98% cotton but as I now realize (after wearing them a couple days) they are not and unfortunately lose their shape a bit after some wear. Too late to return, so I guess I’ll just be washing these after almost every wear, which is unfortunate.

Been wanting to pair of Mother brand denim for a while but couldn’t pick a style. Grabbed these and randomly tried them on…they felt and looked so good on, I had to have them. I am 5’2 and 140 pounds, size 28 fits like a glove. 29 was also comfy but I didn’t want them to get super loose after wear and so opted for the 29. They are perfect length for my height, I can wear with sneakers, platforms and a heel.

I'm usually a 26 went to 27... they're good! Great length on my 5'4 short inseam legs. I agree about not a ton on stretch...that makes these feel very thick and jean like... rigid if you will. Built to last however... quality is there!!

I got a size up like the other reviews and could barely get them on. Wash was nice and knee to ankle seemed fine, but I bet I’d need to go up another size or maybe 2 to fit the way I’d want and I didn’t want to invest this kind of energy to maybe make them work.
