The formula offers surface-level exfoliation through the inclusion of 0.5% salicylic acid, which helps to encourage the natural shedding of dead skin. Tested specifically for use on the body, this body serum has a nozzle applicator that allows for precise dispensation of the formula to target specific areas of acne.

How to use: Clean the skin thoroughly before applying the exfoliating treatment serum. Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer one to three times daily. Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor.

Great for clearing skin

Thin and Runny, then Soapy Consistency
I have given this product many chances, but it simply does not work and is not practical. I have acne on my back and upper arms/shoulders. It is very difficult to apply to areas such as your back because of its thin, liquid consistency that immediately runs down your back and out of your hands before you can even try to apply it; it does not have the consistency of a serum, as it is advertised, which would be easier to control. Also, when I go to apply it to my back and arms, it turns into a soapy consistency that then takes a while to dry. Frustrating.

I was using a salicylic acid body spray from another brand for years no problem, but it expired and I wanted to try something new. I ended up having a reaction to this product, breaking me out in hundreds of blisters.

Simple and effective
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using the Salicylic Acid 0.5% Body Serum to help with occasional body breakouts and rough patches, and it quickly became a staple in my routine. The serum has a lightweight, almost gel-like texture that absorbs fast without leaving any sticky or greasy feeling on my skin. After a couple of weeks of consistent use, I noticed my skin looked smoother and the small bumps on my arms and back were much less noticeable. I also appreciate that the 0.5% salicylic acid is gentle enough for regular use but still effective at keeping my pores clear. It layers well under moisturizer and doesn’t irritate my skin, which can sometimes be sensitive to exfoliating products.
