I purchased these directly from her website And wrote a reverse last week, I just noticed they never posted my review. Which I feel is dishonest and speaks to a company’s ethical standards. So, the shoes are gorgeous. So much so, I actually prefer-ordered them from their site. I never pre order anything, not even phones. This was my first. Anyway, they arrived, opened the box, tried them on, and was so happy! I put them up in my closet and circled back last week to wear them for the first time. At first they seem comfortable. Soon, after walking around the office, I realized they were digging in the back of my heels. Both of them, but my left heel took a straight up beating. It was raw by the time I got home. I used on of those blister bandages, and it’s healing nicely. However these shoes are not inexpensive. They are purported to be exquisitely made. So, I should not be dealing with an injury post first wear. Also, the heels are made of wood and are a bit heavy. So, if your legs or feet are in the least bit weak. Don’t do it. I’m a runner so that wasn’t a deal breaker, unlike digging in my heels. Be aware.

My first pair of TOOAS shoes. Wanted to love them. They were on sale. This is an extremely heavy shoe once I got it on my foot. The sole is very slick (leather) and uneven. The polite lady from customer service helped me with an exchange for the Miss Amelie shoe with a rubber sole and a lower heel.
