Surprisingly effective!
After spritzing this on my wrist, I thought oh no I'll have to send this back. I just didn't want to smell like this. After some thought, I decided to give one spritz on the side of my pillowcase about 15 minutes before lights out and it was so comforting and relaxing. I went right off to sleep. I believe in the science behind this spray and I'm really glad I found how it can work for me.

I agree with another reviewer who described the scent as woody and fresh. It has that essential oil smell, which I didn’t think smelled all that special at first. But I keep reaching for it! There is something about it that makes it easy to wear and like I’m doing something good for myself—a little self care or extra step. This will not be a going-out, date-night type of fragrance, but I already have something like that. This will be a warming, calming, work-from-home fragrance that lasts all day. Glad I got it!

aromatic, woody, and floral
This has become one of my favourite and go-to fragrance! Aromatic, woody, and floral with notes of palo santo and green cilantro. It’s bright/citrus yet warm, fresh but grounded. Not too sweet or too masculine - the perfect unisex fragrance. I always get compliments!
