Fits Small in Hips
Beautiful vest. Size is true on the top, but not around the hips. Tight and difficult to zip. Not meant for curvy bodies. Sadly will have to return.

Perfect length,warmth
I purchased this in my regular size, L. It fit perfectly but around the hips it was too restrictive . Had it had the zippered vents on the sides or a dual zip I would have kept it because sitting down it would have been essential to unzip at the bottom for freedom of movement. All of my other vests and down jackets have them; hence the 4 stars. The fabric and it’s sheen and potential warmth from this seemed ideal for autumn. Unfortunately I’m sending it back. I may try the XL as long as it isn’t too big.

Cinched waist is flattering
Awesome basic that I can see myself grabbing to go with workout wear, jeans, a very casual business look. I bought my normal size L and it fit around my curvy hips. I like the cinched waist because it is a flattering look for me.

Runs small in width. I liked the length.
Snaps are small, cheap and don’t work!
Too tight. I normally wear a 2 and XS way too tight to zip. Not the quality I expect from Northface.

Sadly doesn’t fit my hips.. it fits great up top. I thought this vest would be great and flatter my hips with how it has the cinch at the waist, but I basically can’t button it the bottom 2-3 buttons. I’ll still wear it and just not zip it, but definitely not ideal. Disappointed by this one!
