Integrated with a specially padded, reflective air-mesh back and shoulder straps that both cushion and ventilate, it features a padded laptop sleeve in the larger main compartment and all sorts of organizational pockets for everything else you need. An adjustable buckle strap eases tension and strain on the shoulders to help balance some of the payload across the chest and sternum.
