Great travel backpack

Giving 5 stars even though I decided to return. It's a perfect travel backpack but just too much for someone who is only commuting to work. I loved that is has it's own dedicated laptop pocket and that there's so much room but it was just too much for me. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a good amount of space in a bag!

Worst backpack EVER!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello! To begin I got a north face backpack a couple of years ago and loved it! It lasted for years! However I bought one with my own money last year and the quality is just awful! The pockets tear so much so that I can't put my water bottle in on either side! I will NOT be buying one again!

we take this bad boy to Disney

We don’t use this bag for school or work... we take it to Disney for those grueling park days with no break back at the hotel. We are park commandos and go from open til close. This backpack has seen many airport and theme park trips and has never missed a beat. Holds anything we need and more while being comfortable and a decent size to lug around all day.

Would buy again.

This pack rocks. Bought for my son that’s in college. He loves it. It has a hard back so if he drops it with his laptop, it’ll absorb the shock. Good looking. Also has side pockets for water bottle.

Recon still going strong 25 years later

I bought my recon 25+ years ago. It has endured through multiple years in scout outings, day hikes. It has visited multiple states and countries with me, resistant to rain. Carried enough on every day hike in multiple seasons. Zippers still in great shape. Only part that wore out were elastic bands on bottle carriers which were easily replaced. Great pack.

Great backpack

Great for back to school. Stong and durability for the amount of stuff he puts in his book bag

Perfect bag

It's just a backpack, but done well. Perfect amount of space & organization. Large main pouch & outside stash-pouch mesh. I've used mine almost daily in NYC for the past year & it's held up great. The only thing it needed was some waterproof spray because it will soak through in a heavy rain. Only complaint is they still use regular cotton thread for the name/logo stitching so it does fray after a while. Not really a big deal but just kind of weird they don't use a stronger thread for that so it lasts as long as the rest of the bag.
