Great travel backpack
Giving 5 stars even though I decided to return. It's a perfect travel backpack but just too much for someone who is only commuting to work. I loved that is has it's own dedicated laptop pocket and that there's so much room but it was just too much for me. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a good amount of space in a bag!

Don't trust their delivery service
Would have loved to have tried this backpack, but North Face's delivery service of choice left the bag outside and it was stolen. Not to post a sob story, but literally order this to travel to my grandfather's funeral across the country. Have yet to hear back from them. If you're considering ordering from TNF, maybe just give them a donation instead of paying for something you'll never receive.

we take this bad boy to Disney
We don’t use this bag for school or work... we take it to Disney for those grueling park days with no break back at the hotel. We are park commandos and go from open til close. This backpack has seen many airport and theme park trips and has never missed a beat. Holds anything we need and more while being comfortable and a decent size to lug around all day.

This pack rocks. Bought for my son that’s in college. He loves it. It has a hard back so if he drops it with his laptop, it’ll absorb the shock. Good looking. Also has side pockets for water bottle.

Great backpack for everyday use
The internal organization of this backpack is very good. I use each of the compartments every day. I really like the admin compartment and the external mesh pocket. The laptop compartment accommodates a 16-inch laptop with extra room. This bag is weather resistant, I walk 2km each day and have not had water enter any of the compartments. The water bottle compartments are very deep and can hold a medium coffee tumbler and 32oz water bottle. I find that when using the compression straps, the excess strapping flaps around, I manage them with some black rubber bands. The bag does not stand up under its own weight, but this is not an issue for my daily life. I hang it on a bag hanger at home and work.

Great Bag for Traveling.
I use this product for traveling. It's great due to its large size. This can be a negative as it is quite large if you're looking for a small/medium sized bag. I would recommend trying it out in store.

I have had mine for seven years now...
