Packable Slim Fit Stretch Down Jacket

Bought one last year, within a week it started leaking down feather. Sent it back to North Face as a warranty claim. After a few weeks, they sent the same jacket back. I called and asked if the jacket was fixed and what job was done. The answer was “none” they said that its normal for the down to leak through the seams. Really? A jacket that was worn for a week? I’m buying Patagonia this year

The regular north face size for my partner is a medium, but this coat was way to tight across the belly and chest. Sized up to a Large and it was way too loose across the middle, too long of length and sleeves, so it puckered out in the middle because of tension between the hips and chest. The zipper constantly got stuck as you tried to open and close it. Very disappointed with the quality and fit in this jacket, especially given the hefty price tag! It went back, again.

Although this Jacket looks great. The fit does not work for me. I will be returning it. The description stated it was regular fit but the jacket fits a bit to snug and uncomfortable. The tags however say it’s a slim fit. This would normally be ok but the cut and design just do not allow for comfort. I have already replaced it with Patagonia down jacket in the same size and it fits and feels much better
