Nuptse Down Slipper (Men)

I got these for my husband and he loves them! Won't take them off and described them as sleeping bags for your feet. Unfortunately the pick up service is a joke. I needed them to be ready on his birthday, gift wrapped with a note. None of that happened. When I got to the store the day i was reassured it would be ready (late afternoon), I was handed a closed brown taped box. I stood there and tried to open it to check, and had to get someones attention to ask for a box opener. Then again to ask for a shopping bag, all while explaining multiple times it was a birthday gift. The associate kept walking away from us. They gave me a shopping bag and threw the box of slippers into it. My husband saw it as there was no tissue or wrapping. It's happened at other locations in the past, just don't trust this "service" offered.
