Very well made bag, but not a good gym bag
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this bag to use as a gym bag, and it didn't work for that. It was hard to keep things separated in the bag and I think I should have bought a gym bag instead. It's very well made and will last a long time, but it's mostly just a big bag. Everything gets mixed up once you put it inside.

Love the size but
I saw the reviews and decided this was a great bag to replace my older tote. However, on my trip, the bag strap came loose. I had to use the shorter straps throughout the airport. The clips on the long strap aren't sufficient, and I have no idea how to fix them.
