Great winter coat
I was surprised to find that The North Face made outerwear in plus sizes and was pleased to find a winter coat that is water-resistant. I bought the Aviator Navy version in a 3x as I find North Face gear tends to run a little small so I bought a size up from my normal clothing size. I also wanted it to be able to fit over heavy sweaters or multiple layers of clothing. The day I picked it up I had several layers on and I had no trouble zipping up the coat over myself. I was also glad that it was available in a color other than black! It's really warm, and it has deep pockets as well.

Waste!! FEATHERS!!!!!!
I like the look and the warmth but it just constantly has tons of feathers coming out of it! What’s the point of buying a premium jacket when you have to deal with this!!

Good Fit
This coat fits exceptionally well, so I will keep it. The hood comes off easily...so if you wear a crossbody bag it rips off the hood nearly every time, even if you’re being careful. Also, the down feathers are consistently coming out of the coat. I am hoping this stops after I’ve worn the coat more. For the cost, I’m not sure it’s worth it, but it suits my needs at the moment.

Great Coat
I’ve been looking for the perfect coat for awhile. North Face knows what they’re doing when it comes to coats. It’s warm yet light. Long but not bulky. It allows room for winter sweaters/sweatshirts without having to size up and making the bottom too big. You can find cheaper coats but after trying sooooo many coats over the last couple years, I knew this was the one.

Lovely and lightweight
Lovely parka but it was too tight in the hip area for my body so, sadly, The fit is petty straight and I probably need an A-line. It looked like it will be really warm. Sadly,I had to return it.

Grey Down Coat
