I had originally ordered the 8/9 for my 8 year old son. Then received a notice it was sold out. So liking it so much I went back and ordered a 10/12 and thankfully I did . The 10/12 fits perfectly this year. For reference my 8 year old is 70lbs and 4 ft 5 in.

my son loves it
I bought the medium for my 7 year old son. He is 52” tall and a little over 60 lbs. The jacket will be great for fall. It is a little big right now but that was my intention as I know the size small is too small for him.

True to size and really cute
The NF jacket is super cute and comfortable. My son, 5’3 92 lbs, usually varies between a 14/16 depending on the brand. The 14/16 was perfect. It will not fit him if he grows much more, however, as the arms will be too short. The green and gray combo is very nicely coordinated. Overall very pleased.

8 y/o loved it
Ordered a size M and L for my 8 y/o son and I was surprised when he tried on the M and there was still plenty of room because he’s usually a L in other brands (for reference: Patagonia, Old Navy). The green is really nice color and the heather grey is nice. The jacket is a bit puffy so it’s definitely something you’d want to wear while wearing a seatbelt.
