Fits perfect on my wheelchair
Works great for my caregiver and I to make trips to the doctors. I'm in a wheelchair and have shopped at Nordstrom's for 25 years and still would like to remain stylish. This backpack is very functional for anything we need to bring for two people to the University Hospital. It's great on back of my Wheelchair. I don't look like a poor bag lady!

This is the most frustrating backpack ever
cons: Bought this backpack because i specifically wanted something that would stand on its own but this backpack is impossible to get to stand and balance. if there is anything in the small pocket at all it will be extremely top heavy and tip over. I can't even get it to effectively lean against a table or wall as it will usually slide down and lie flat on the ground. the only way for it to stand on its own is if it is completely stuffed with things in the bottom of the large pocket, but even then it doesnt usually stay upright. the small pocket will always flop over when you open the large pocket, so if it is not completely closed it will spill everything out of it which happens often when looking for something. after using this backpack for a year the seams are starting to come apart and the rubber zipper covers have all fallen off. i have had several other backpacks before and they have all been more capable of standing on their own than this one. it seems like they designed a backpack that is actually impossible to get to stand up. pros: can fit my big laptop in the laptop compartment and large water bottles in side pockets

Comfortable, spacious backpack
I ordered a Jester Backpack of my own after seeing how well the Jester served my college student for a semester. It holds a lot, seems well made, has good pockets for organizing and comfortably padded straps, and the women's backpack is a good fit for my 5'6" frame. I might take half a star off for the way it falls over if I have items in the small front pocket and not enough weight in the main compartment and the fact that my small-ish water bottle falls out of the water bottle pockets, but those are pretty minor inconveniences for me.

I Would Absolutely NOT Buy This Again
The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the padding is nice and thick. The pocket in the front (top) is not functional. Anytime it's unzipped, everything I have spills out of it.

It's Alright
The back part started wearing and tearing so that chunks of the padding came out. I'm not sure how or why since I don't wear anything that would rip it. It is a top heavy bag and constantly falls over on itself. It doesn't protect my laptop on the bottom on top so I'm constantly worried about it's safety - it got dented today. Otherwise, it's good and functional and a pretty color.

Never arrived, Support was mostly helpful with a refund
The backpack was lost in transit, and TNF did not communicate what was happening with my order for a few weeks. I had to reach out to support for information on what was happening and they ended up giving me a full refund. Support was quick enough however I am not sure I would have ever received a product or refund if I did not reach out.

I would consider buying again
I use the backpack for school. I like mostly everything about it. My biggest gripe is with the pockets on the side. If you have anything in your backpack at all it's so hard to get a bottle in!!
