Horrible customer service so I left the jacket
I never retrieved the jacket because when I went to picked up the jacket at the Nordstrom Rack in St. Louis, MO I was told to get in the regular line that had 20 people in it. I order online for the convenience of avoiding the lines. I will order directly from Northface or Macy's

I would buy this product again!
I may look like the Michelin Man in this down jacket, but it is worth it given how warm it is. Given the recent extended cold spell in the Northeast, I am glad that I purchased this jacket right beforehand. Viva The North Face!

Warm, Lightweight, and Travel-Friendly
I've had the North Face Men's Hydrenalite™ Down Jacket for a couple of weeks now and have worn it several times, including after a recent snowstorm that dropped about 14 inches at our home in New Albany, Ohio. I absolutely love this jacket. It's been perfect for most winter conditions. During a brief stretch of sub-zero weather, I did switch to another North Face jacket built for heavier-duty cold, but that's really the only scenario where this one wasn't my first choice. I travel quite a bit for work, and one of my favorite things about this jacket is how easy it is to compress into my backpack. It packs down small without adding noticeable weight or bulk, which makes it incredibly convenient. The jacket itself is very lightweight, warm, and comfortable, and it's quickly become my go-to for everyday winter wear. Overall, I'm a very happy customer and would absolutely recommend it.

I would buy again, in-store only though!
