Poor customer service!

I love the jacket but didn’t love that it was shipped with the ink tag still on it and customer service would not do anything about it! I had to repurchase a new jacket and return the one they left the ink tag on, now waiting on my refund that I was told could the up to 3 weeks!!! It didn’t take three weeks to charge either of my purchases. Poor customer service..

Poor Replacement

Bought this jacket for one that was ripped and I'm highly disappointed. No chest inside or outside pocket and a zipper so large that it lets so much air in you might as well leave it unzipped. Forget about climbing the north face in this jacket they've gone commercial
