Aconcagua II Down Vest

This vest is fantastic! I finally was able to snag it in the Botanical Green color and it is stunning. Very vibrant in person and it really pops. I wear a lot of neutrals and this is a lovely little nod to color in my wardrobe. For reference: I bought a small and I am 5'3 125lbs 34A bust. I am quite slender but carry a little weight in my tummy, but had plenty of room in this vest without looking sloppy. I did try the black color in medium before this and it was too big, too overwhelming, and it looked strange on my smaller frame. The small on me is form fitting but I can move and layer with it, not a problem.

Given the brand, I would say this vest is as expected with regards to quality and warmth. It was exactly that I was looking for to add a little extra warmth but not to have a bulky coat. I will say I usually wear tops between XS and S and bought this in a small and then exchanged it for a Medium and actually could have done well with a Large. Given that it is a vest I wanted it to be a little looser than a t-shirt and the S was too small to have anything bulky under, like a sweater or sweatshirt without it bunching under the underarms. But the Medium works well! The material is so soft and comfortable. Love that you can dress it up and down.
