Looks good, sounds warm, it is not.
I love this jacket. I'm not a tall guy and it is nice and short in length, fits like a bomber jacket. Love color combo and it says "down and feather" fill. However, it is not warm at all as expected, and I'm old enough to remember goose down, no feathers, being the high-end and warmth reliable fill material. Whatever is in this, and said to be recycled, it is not at all warm commensurate with the puffiness. I wore it over an excellent and warm smart wool half zip and a REI insulated vest and it did not keep me warm in Milwaukee in 32 degree weather just in and out of the car, nothing demanding.
