Love everything about this but smells like fish or eggs

But unfortunately it smells like raw eggs or fish brand new and customer service not helpful they don't do exchanges as a company and have limited options for customers. Which is really shocking to me as a customer because how high end their product cost. All of this is really unfortunate for my first north face jacket purchase don't know if I'll be buying anything else from the brand
