missing bear charm and dust bag :(
I received this today and it appears in used condition, smelled strongly of perfume and still has the security sensor on the bag. Worse yet, it is missing the bear charm and the dust bag. I called customer service and they offered to make a return label only, as this is sold out. I really just want what I ordered in new condition. Nordstrom - please help!

This bear is one of my best purchases of the year! It is fuzzy and soft. The size is pretty big and roomy. Can be used as an overflow or every day bag. Has a zipper pocket inside. Leather with faux fur over it. Well made. Get the bag!!
