The color pattern was as pictured and was really cute. I like my bags to stand up when I set them down. That is not this bag; it is soft and foldable and will not stand on its own unless packed full. I can’t see me using this bag, I am returning.

I disagree with another shopper who said this lacks structure - it has just the right amount with flexibility for my needs. I have always liked carrying books and putting small purchases in my bags, and beyond that I am mother of a child with T1D who requires snacks at the ready. I’ve tried every mom bag and pocketed backpack or purse, and I like that this is just a big open bag I can put smaller bags and things in. The wide opening makes things super easy to find, I love the strap for the keys (and AirPods), and the fact that I *can* wash it. The desert cat print makes outfits look put together when there was actually zero effort.

If you are looking for a structured tote, this is not it. If you want a lightweight tote perfect to use as a shopping tote or work tote you may like this. It easily fits a small purse, lightweight jacket/sweater, water bottle and your lunch bag, or purchases while shopping. Great pattern.
