very sturdy
My daughter is 17 months old and on the taller side. If she was any shorter I’d be worried she would fall through the side. It’s big and bulky but that’s what makes it sturdy so just know it’s a large piece of furniture that will be in your kitchen. Not difficult to put together, if you have a drill it’ll be much quicker. There are additional pieces you can purchase (it hangs on the back side to help keep baby in and for them to play with when standing on the outside).
