The Large Toiletries Bag

I’m extremely disappointed with the Large Toiletry Bag I just received. I purchased the same bag two years ago and absolutely loved it, which is why I ordered another one—but the new version is nowhere near the same quality. The design and materials have clearly changed. The fabric feels cheap and doesn’t hold its shape the way my original bag does. The overall construction looks lower quality, and it simply doesn’t resemble the premium product I expected based on my previous purchase. On top of that, the personalized initials I ordered are noticeably off‑center. I only requested two letters, and instead of adjusting the placement, they were printed as if three letters were expected, which makes the monogram look awkward and poorly executed. What’s even more frustrating is that the reviews on the website reflect the previous design—the one I already own and genuinely think is excellent. This new version does not match those reviews at all. I feel misled, and frankly, cheated, because the bag I received does not justify the high price tag. I wish I could return it, as it doesn’t live up to the quality or expectations set by the product I purchased two years ago. I contacted Away and the only response was from an AI bot that didn't resolve my dispute whatsoever. The bot said I would be contacted by someone on the team, presumably a human, and I never was.
