Fabulous!
Stunning skirt! Loved it so much I bought TWO! Beautifully cut, gorgeous fabric and the elastic waist is sewn INTO the fabric so you don’t need to have it tacked down! (Those elastic waistbands that flip around because they are not sewn down are terrible!)
