Recieve Wrong Product

When I purchased this item, the website/app listed it as “The Hybrid Check-In Luggage,” so I believed I was buying the actual luggage. However, when my package arrived, it turned out to only be the luggage cover. After checking my order again, I noticed Nordstrom had changed the listing name to “The Hybrid Check-In Luggage Cover,” which makes me believe there was an error on their end. This was very misleading, and had the item been correctly labeled from the beginning, I would not have purchased it. I’m disappointed that no communication was sent out regarding the mistake.
