Fine not Great
It's a nice shoe and I like the general style but the leather is barely "crinkled" at all. Definitely not as pictured. That's the more distinctive look that I wanted. These are just basic patent and they're going back. I might check in a Madewell store to see if I can examine a few pair and find some that are actually crinkled.
