The Greta Eyelet Embellished Double Strap Ballet Flat (Women)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these in December but only started wearing them a few weeks ago, and I was pleasantly surprised! In the past, I didn’t have a good experience with a pair of sandals from Madewell, so I was hesitant. But these are very comfortable. I can walk in them for quite a while with no issues. They’re also very chic and cute.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these in the dark carob with the metal eyelets. They are beautiful in person. However these run SMALL. I have the regular greta flats (with the single elastic strap) and they are an 8.5. I ordered these in an 8.5 and they are almost a full inch smaller when I hold them up to my other gretas. I called in to get assistance but they were not able to provide me product measurements (something Madewell used to do if you called) but suggested I order the 9.5- a full size up from my normal size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these flats! The brown suede looks beautiful and expensive and the metal details add a fun element. Super comfortable too, even without time to break them in. I’ve only had them for a week and have already received compliments from strangers in them - worth the investment.

I love the grommet detailing on these shoes. I did order a half size up and that was sufficient. The heel was a little loose but the straps help offset that issue. I did adjust the straps too to fit my high arch. My main concern is whether the ends of the straps (which are on the long side) will start sticking out over time.
