I’m not quite sure if this is the actual eye concentrate but it doesn’t seem usually I order off the website from LaMer and now I only ordered off the website if you notice the product is liquid on the right on the left-hand side is the sample size and it’s solid. I was told that because I live in Texas that’s what just happens and I can return the whole thing or not and I don’t wanna return the whole thing I just want a partial return! I actually don’t want to return it all but I want a product that’s real and I wish that Nordstrom would make it right and send me a correct bottle of eye cream. This isn’t cheap, but it’s not in my opinion real La Mer. Even with the Texas heat when I order from LaMer’s website it isn’t liquefied. I’m not happy.

I have been using La Mer for over 30 years, purchasing it from brick and mortar and in recent years online. I agree wholeheartedly with previous two reviews...Initially when La Mer introduced these sets, I jumped on the band wagon and purchased different variations of them. I thought they were a great way to save some money and enjoy the added convenience of two or multiple items all together. However, I had the same issue years ago on two separate occasions with the eye cream and the concentrate....one purchased from store over phone and shipped and one online. In my opinion, the quality of the items in these sets is different from the items purchased individually. Not all the time, but I've experienced it. This is not a Nordstrom problem and its not fair for Nordstrom to replace La Mer quality control issues....these sets, unlike the individual items, are NOT sealed. No overwrap like the individual creams, etc. So, I have stopped purchasing these sets and only purchase individual items that are SEALED!!! I cannot explain why my items from my sets were different from the individual items but they just were and it is so frustrating because this line is high end expensive. Instead of fancy boxes that house the sets, seal the items. Luckily, Nordstrom will stand by these purchases and make it right. A trip into the brick and mortar Nordies will fix it.....I have greatly curtailed purchasing La Mer and shipping it in summer because expensive creams sitting in hot delivery trucks do not mix. But quality wise, yes I have experienced a difference between the sets and the individual items. I hope La Mer sees this issue and listens to its customers because the products work.....but these issues need attention of La Mer quality control not Nordstrom or other retailers.

I totally agree with the previous reviews. I have purchased these sets in the past (more recently thru the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale) and the eye cream is always liquified and doesn’t apply well. I have also purchased these items individually thru the Sephora sale and the eye cream seems to have a great consistency. As a previous reviewer stated, I think it’s best to purchase these items individually because they are sealed and thus their integrity protected.
