The Eye Patches

These feel great going on, aren't messy and don't slide around (there's no liquid in here) unlike most other eye patches I've used. I do notice a difference on puffiness - which I'm prone to every once in a while, so I tested these on a morning when the puffiness was visible, and it reduced them by somewhere around one third, not a huge difference but I could definitely see it, along with a very slight brightening effect on the area they'd been applied. And this was after leaving them on for just 20 minutes (as instructed). Although these do not have an excessive amount of serum, allowing them to stay in place without sliding I saw no difference. They also did not give a cool, comforting or lifting sensation as the pathology eye patches. Would not buy again. After the application, my under eye area was much less moisturized than if I would have just applied my eye serum and cream.

I’ve tried many eye patches over the years, but Augustinus Bader The Eye Patches truly stand out. Extortionate but I tried a pair to see what the fuss is about - and I have extremely dark circles and bags - 20 mins after use there was serious reduction in darkness and I finally understand what people mean when they say they have plumper skin afterwards. Interested to know how long the effects last - I imagine I’ll be back to normal in the morning… very tempted to make part of my routine but I will try to wait for a sale!

I was blown away the first time I used them. After one use, my under eyes were so plump and hydrated. I was skeptical at first, but the patches really made the fine lines disappear without irritating my skin (I have sensitive skin). They were cooling, calming, and left my skin feeling supple. Expensive? Yes. But this is a must-have to use before a special occasion because it works so well. If you need instant results for an event or night out, these are worth the splurge.
