3rd Time purchasing, 3rd time received damaged
So I am so sad and frustrated about this bag! I have purchased it 3 times now and each time received a damaged one! The last time I called and complained and the kind SA tried to make it better by ordering me one himself. Only it came with the hock for the straps broken. I did not see the damage until I tried to fasten the straps then it fell apart in my hands! Only 3 days after receiving it. I’m not sure what is happening to quality control. Disappointed
